Single Sessions

What is a single session?

Some problems are less stubborn than others. A single session is a meeting that aims to create significant movement for folks who feel stuck, or momentarily lost.
The process is very similar to a regular session, but we would plan to meet for 90 minutes. In most cases, we would not expect to meet again after that.

Who is right for single session service?

  • People who are on a wait-list for service.
  • People who are struggling with a decision that needs a quick resolution.
  • People who are considering a life change of some kind, and feel pulled in different directions.
  • People who need support, but cannot reach their usual therapist or helper.
  • People who are trying to decide if a problem can be resolved without professional help.
  • People who see a problem developing and would like to prevent it from getting worse.

What does it cost?

If you specifically schedule a single session, we will spend 90 minutes together, and the cost is $140.

Where does this idea come from?

This type of service is based on walk-in clinics in Canada and elsewhere in the world. Researchers who have studied this model that as many as 50% of families will find significant benefit from one visit alone! This is based on research that follows up with families six months to a year after a single session in a clinic setting. I am committed to this model, and to helping families move on as quickly as possible in their preferred direction. If we meet in a single session, and you are not satisfied with the results after one week- call me and I will refund your fee! I am committed to this service being useful, or being free.

Pre-payment for a single session is available through PayPal.
