My Inter-Action Refund Policy:

I do not want to keep your fee if the session has not been helpful to you.

Results happen when people feel comfortable and do the work- finding the right counsellor is so important.

If you have:

• taken action based on our consultation,
• but still feel that our time together was not productive,
• and do not want to continue working with me,

then just email me, no later than ten days after our session,  to ask for your fee to be returned.

I do not want you to stop looking for help!

I will refund your full fee so that you can continue to look for assistance, without having spent your money on services that have not been useful for you.

If you like, I will help with referrals to other services.

My commitment to you

It is unusual to offer refunds in therapy, but I want to reduce the risk you take in reaching out for help.

I know that the cost of therapy can be a big stumbling block. Free and low-cost services have long wait lists, and things can often get worse while you wait for these alternatives.

This refund offer is a gesture of faith in the therapy process, in your family’s ability to make effective change, and in my belief that getting help should be as easy and as useful as possible.
